Working Principle:

The working principle of the sealing machine involves the following steps:

2. The three cam pieces (A, B, C) correspond to three induction switches and control the position of the electric heating unit and the overall movement of the binding process.

3. The limit switch B controls the unwinding and second tightening of the shrinking arm during the strapping process. When the cam plate contacts induction switch B, the electric heating unit stops, and the forward and retreat motor initiates the tightening and unwinding of the strapping.

The upper top knife rises, causing the middle top knife at the bottom of the skateboard to press against the strapping belt and cut it. Simultaneously, the belt guide device moves backward, fully opening the left belt tongue.

4. When the cam piece contacts the limit switch C, the forward and retreat belt motor starts, feeding the strapping belt into the belt path and bow frame.

If the belt storage box has a small balance bar, it will be lifted, and the induction switch at the base of the balance bar will activate, starting the belt feed motor of the storage box.

5. The function of the limit switch A is to control the entire strapping process.
When the cam plate contacts it, the main motor stops running, and the electromagnetic clutch engages.
At the same time, the forward and backward belt motor and the storage box motor also stop running.
