Double chamber vacuum packaging machine is a packaging machine used to vacuum seal products.
Dual chamber vacuum packaging machines consist of two separate chambers, each with its own sealing mechanism.
The dual-chamber design increases packaging efficiency as one chamber can be loaded while the other can be sealed.
1. Loading products
Put the product to be packed into the first chamber of the double chamber vacuum packaging machine, which is usually equipped with a removable tray or platform to hold the items.
2. Close the chamber door
After placing the product, close the chamber door to ensure it is airtight. The chamber is designed to form an airtight seal when closed.
3. Exhaust the air
Start the double-chamber vacuum packaging machine to exhaust the air from the chamber to form a vacuum environment.
4. Sealed packaging
Once the desired vacuum level is achieved, a sealing mechanism in the first chamber activates and seals the packaging material, usually a plastic bag or pouch, around the product. This ensures a tight and secure seal.
5. Transfer to the second chamber
When the first chamber is sealed, the second chamber can be loaded with the next set of products.
6. Release the vacuum and open the first chamber
After the sealing process is completed, the vacuum in the first chamber is released and the chamber door can be opened. The packaged product can be removed and the process can be repeated in the second chamber.
Dual-chamber vacuum packaging machines are commonly used in industries such as food processing, pharmaceuticals, electronics, and manufacturing where efficient vacuum sealing of large volumes of products is required.
The dual-chamber design enables continuous packaging operations, reducing downtime and increasing productivity.
