Working steps of food vacuum packaging machine:

1. Turn on the power
The power requirements of the vacuum packaging machine, mobilize the relevant power selection switch.
When the switch point is vacuumed, it is the vacuum sealing process, and when the point is filled with vacuum, it is the vacuum filling and sealing process.

2. Vacuum packaging
Put the packaged food into the vacuum chamber and vacuumize the package. 
After the vacuum chamber cover is closed, the indicator light on the operation panel is on, and the vacuum pump will reach the set value according to the preset vacuum degree after the vacuum process
The indicator light goes out, and then enters the sealing (inflation) stage.

3. Wait for cooling
After waiting for vacuuming and cooling, after the cooling and shaping lamp goes out, the heat sealing work is over.
For the packaged items after heat sealing, such as inflatable bags, it should be noted that special packaging materials should be used.
The heat sealing process can not only better seal the packaging bag, but also conduct heat and sterilize.
