Chamber vacuum sealers are a type of vacuum sealer that use a different sealing method than external or handheld vacuum sealers.
Instead of sealing the bag from the outside, a chamber vacuum sealer places the entire bag in a vacuum chamber for the sealing process.
1. Put the food into the vacuum bag
Put food or items to be sealed inside the vacuum bag.
These bags are usually made of durable materials that can withstand the vacuum and sealing process.
2. Put the vacuum bag into the chamber
Turn on the chamber vacuum sealer and place the filled bags into the chamber, making sure they line up correctly and do not overlap.
3. Close the lid
Close the lid of the chamber vacuum sealer to isolate the chamber from the outside environment.
4. Start the vacuum sealing process
The chamber vacuum sealer begins the vacuuming process, simultaneously removing the air from the bag and chamber.
This creates an even vacuum throughout the bag and helps remove more air than an external vacuum sealer.
5. Seal the bag
Once the desired vacuum level is reached, the machine starts sealing the bags. Chamber vacuum sealer uses heat to melt the opening of the bag, creating an airtight seal.
6. Remove the bag when finished
After sealing, the machine releases the vacuum inside the chamber, allowing you to open the chamber and remove the sealed bag.
Chamber vacuum sealers are generally more powerful and versatile than external vacuum sealers. They are typically used in professional or commercial settings such as restaurants, food packaging facilities, or culinary operations requiring high-volume containment.
